01 Acceptance of Terms of Use

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is detected.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The member has applied for permanent self-exclusion through the prescribed procedure.

If an account is terminated for reasons other than fraud, any valid remaining balance after deducting bonuses whose conditions have not been met will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 14 business days.

11 Applicable Laws & Dispute Resolution
